This morning we had our Q1 All Hands meeting at Superior Water Services.
We reviewed our progress so far this quarter — what’s working, what we’ve learned, and what it’s going to take to keep elevating.
We talked about something we’re calling “The Superior Standard.”
It’s not a slogan. It’s the way we choose to operate.
Doing the job right.
Communicating clearly.
Following through.
Holding ourselves accountable.
Supporting each other as a team.
Getting better every day. Every quarter. Every year.
In our industry, technical knowledge is expected. Consistency and execution are what customers remember.
That’s what we’re building — and strengthening — together.
